Sometimes, trial is not the end of the litigation process. When necessary, our appellate practice group seeks review of adverse judgments and rulings, defends appeals from favorable judgments and rulings, and properly frames or preserves at trial critical issues for appellate review.  Our lawyers have spent months in trial as support counsel, and have significant experience handling appeals and critical pre-trial motions.
