About

Beth Ann Tobey is a Senior Attorney at Almazan Law’s Tampa office, specializing in construction defect litigation. She represents general contractors and other construction professionals in a wide range of disputes, guiding cases from pre-suit through litigation and resolution.

With extensive experience handling hundreds of construction claims, Beth Ann works closely with insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and clients to develop strategic legal solutions that protect businesses and mitigate risk. Whether managing single-family home defect claims or complex, multi-party construction defect cases, she brings the same diligence and passion to every matter.

Outside of the office, Beth Ann is an avid runner who trains for half-marathons and marathons to raise funds and awareness for St. Jude Children’s Hospital. She is also a dedicated animal lover, enjoys traveling back to Massachusetts to visit family, and is a passionate New England Patriots fan.
