About
Blane Wheeley is an attorney in the Firm’s Tampa office who focuses his practice on workers’ compensation. He has been practicing law as a workers’ compensation attorney since 2015 having previously worked for two large insurance defense firms representing Employers, Servicing Agents, Carriers, and Municipalities with successful trial victories in multiple jurisdictions throughout the State of Florida.
He began his career as an Attorney for the Office of the Public Defender, 13th Judicial Circuit where he handled a diverse caseload while providing clients with legal representation throughout all phases of a case including multiple jury trials. He has also represented injured workers which provides a unique foundation to his practice as he knows how each side approaches workers' compensation claims.
